  Vision

Pediatric brain tumors are extremely challenging and unique in pediatric cancer treatment, requiring multidisciplinary integration therapy while considering children's intelligence and neurological cognitive development. To improve the quality of medical care for children with brain tumors in Taiwan, develop translational medicine for children's brain tumors, and promote international exchanges, the Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium was established with the goal of carrying out its responsibility for service, teaching, and research.

Pediatric brain tumors present unique challenges and require multidisciplinary integrated treatment that takes into account the intellectual and cognitive development of children. Taiwan Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium was established with the aim of improving the standard of medical care for children with brain tumors, developing translational medical research in pediatric brain tumors, and fostering a community of professionals dedicated to this area. It provides a platform for sharing knowledge and fostering international cooperation. The ultimate goal is to facilitate collaboration among hospitals and specialties, spanning from precision medicine, molecular diagnosis, and new drug development, to deliver the finest and most cutting-edge medical care possible for children with brain tumors.
